Next Steps
Scout Groups
Each Group needs to nominate ONE PERSON to act as “Group Contact”, this will usually be the Group Scout Leader (GSL). The group contact then needs to register your Group on the Chamboree booking system by providing an estimate of likely numbers.
This is important to help us with the planning process. As your individual plans take shape you will then be able to register participants on line and importantly you will receive updates on Chamboree 2018.
Please note only one registration per Group is allowed and it is the “Group Contact” who is responsible for coordinating bookings from Beavers, Cubs and Scouts in their Group. Explorer Scout registrations will be coordinated by each Explorer Scout Unit.
Guide Units
It is recommended that ONE PERSON acts as the “Group Contact” where Guides and Brownies will be camping together, however individual Rainbow, Brownie and Guide Units can register independently (please note that if you do this you could be allocated to different sub camps).
IST Staff
As an individual upon creating an account, you can add one or more campers e.g. you could book yourself, or you + a spouse, sibling etc.
