Let’s do the things we can do…A number of Districts are looking at ways to provide activities for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts & Explorers to undertake at home. DC’s will be considering the best way of sharing good ideas on Friday after which we will share more information with you. If you have good ideas share them with your DC but don’t fire multiple questions about this to them– we don’t have all the answers yet! |

TrainingWith current situation of Scouting activities being unavailable it has been necessary to postpone all adult training courses. Those who have already booked to attend courses on the County website will be given priority when new dates are confirmed. The County training team are looking at ways to deliver some of the modules online and dates for these will be announced in the next few weeks. However this is a great opportunity to complete most of the mandatory training you are required to undertake as part of your Scouting role. The following modules are e-learning, available 24 hours a day every day of the week. If you are unsure if you need to complete the training and can’t access Compass to check, why not do them anyway to refresh your understanding. Don’t forget to print your certificate off and send it the County Training Manager.
