Celebrating Success RSVP

Please complete the following form to confirm whether you and your guests can or cannot attend the Celebrating success ceremony on Sunday 5th November 2023.

Dress Code:

For this prestigious event, full Scout or Explorer Scout uniform must be worn, with smart trousers/skirt (not jeans) and shoes (not trainers).

Where recipients are no longer active members of the Scout movement, they should be smartly dressed for the occasion.

Any parents who are leaders are welcome to attend in full uniform.

Photographs:

You can take photographs during the presentation (No Flash photography).

Following the presentation, photographs will be professionally taken and copies of these will be available to download from the Cheshire Scouts website shortly after the event.

Parr Hall ensures that it is accessibly to all, here are some of the facilities they have in place.

Parking: Spaces are available at the front of Parr Hall for dropping off visitors. Disabled parking is available at the rear of the Pyramid Art Centre, which is less than 300ft from Parr Hall.

Building: The entrance has automatic doors in place. All stairs have handrails and interspersed landings areas. There is no lift to the balcony, however, there is reserved accessibility seating downstairs.

Wheelchair users: Wheelchair spaces are available.

Toilets: Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.

Hearing Facilities: Induction loops are available.

Pre-visit: If you would like to visit the venue before hand you are more than welcome, just contact the venue itself to arrange this.

Guide dogs are welcome.

Safety:

If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as COVID-19, and you have a high temperature or do not feel well enough to go to work or carry out normal activities, we ask for you not to attend the event.
